-
Pad Printing - Best suited for non-traditional shaped products. Utilizes a metal plate and pad to distribute inks across bottles, sprayers and caps. Offers flexibility to print entire bottle from edge to edge
-
Silk Screen Printing - Uses a polyester screen stretched across a frame to transfer inks onto bottles. Print applied directly to bottle with ink pressed through the screen to administer the right inks to get the intended design on the bottle
-
Pressure-Sensitive Label Application - Ability to use high-resolution graphics and multi-color labels. Often considered a cost-efficient option for bottle decoration. Labels are provided on a roll with labeling equipment ensuring labels are precisely applied
-
Hot Die Stamping - Hot stamping applies a thin foil to a surface using heat, pressure and dies. The die has the ability to be stamped and embossed on the surface. The die is heated and used to press the foil onto the surface of the container
-
Heat Transfer Labeling - Heat transfer decorating is a dry process similar to hot stamping except that a pre-printed graphic image is bonded to a surface using heat and pressure
-
Shrink-Sleeve Label Application - Targeted heat-shrinking technology applies labels to as much of the package as desired
-
In-Mold Labeling - Pre-decorating technique whereas labels are blown or injected into the mold and applied during the manufacturing of a container, becoming embedded into the wall of the container
